This template aims toward WCAG 2.1 AA, including semantic page structure, keyboard navigation, visible focus states, sufficient text contrast, and responsive layouts.

What editors must do

• Write useful image alt text or mark decorative images appropriately.
• Use headings in order, without skipping levels.
• Provide accessible PDFs and captions/transcripts for video.
• Do not rely on colour alone to convey status or meaning.
• Test content on a phone, with keyboard navigation, before publishing.
